Charles Edwards is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Telehealth Consulting Solutions, LLC and One Telemed, LLC. Under his leadership, Advance Telehealth has become the telemedicine vendor for a number of the Medicaid MCOs in Louisiana and One Telemed has become the Telepsychiatry provider majority of the Medicaid MCOs in Louisiana. One Telemed has grown to be the largest Telepsychiatry provider in the state of Louisiana servicing over 15,000 individuals across Louisiana. One Telemed, LLC was just recently voted Junior Achievement 2021 Small Business of Year.
In years prior, Charles has spent 18 years in mental health. He served as a Community Liaison and a Regional Director of Community Relation for one of the largest mental health providers in the state of Louisiana. It was through that experience; Charles developed a heart for those in underserved communities that did not have access to care. He understood that utilizing the traditional way of providing services would not be an effective way to resolve the need for a growing mental health crisis. In August 2013, Charles pioneered the movement for Telepsychiatry services and started Advance Telehealth, a telemedicine technology company. In September 2017, he decided to start a provider company and founded One Telemed with a goal in mind to improve patient outcomes.
Charles is a native of Lafayette, LA and a graduate of Acadiana High School that attended the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Charles has the heart to serve and considers himself grateful to be in a position to bring hope to individuals in need.
Starting her career in revenue assurance and vendor management, Lacey is also well versed in contracts, revenue, P&L management, budgets, and billing, with past experience implementing new billing platforms, managing client relationships, product generation, creating a culture of collaboration, and designing customer success programs.
Lacey Collins

Lacey Collins is currently a project manager for CGI-Federal and heads a multi-million-dollar project for Bureau of the Fiscal Service. Before leading the program, Lacey was Global Data Systems’ Director of Services, where she was responsible for revenue generation, onboarding services for new and repeat clientele, and streamlining efforts to markedly reduce delivery cost. During her time in this role, she also re-structured offices to operate with clean processes & standard documentation, while providing best in class delivery to clients.

Jessica Noel Ritchey

Jessica Ritchey is an employee benefit advisor with NFP, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. She also serves as an ambassador for One Acadiana and Crossfit Acadiana, & sits on the board for Acadiana Society for Human Resource Management as the Community Relations Director and participates in new member mentorship.
Her focus is to accurately understand the wants and needs of businesses to help them build out, communicate, and enroll the best benefit options to assist in attracting and retaining quality employees. She excels at helping growing businesses cross the threshold of the Affordable Care Act Compliance regulations by assisting in HR function support to effectively scale the business.

Wade Berzas is a Professional EOS Implementer and owner of an EOS Worldwide practice in Lafayette, LA where he helps entrepreneurial companies get what they want by working with leadership teams to implement a proven system of simple, practical tools that get those teams on the same page with where they’re going and how they’ll get there, helps them raise the level of accountability and discipline within their team, and guides them to become one cohesive healthy team.
Wade’s 25 years of sales experience as a producer, manager, coach, and leader of multiple teams makes him a valuable asset in helping clients create the right growth strategy for their company. In his role on the leadership team with Global Data Systems, he experienced the power of the EOS system, first-hand, in turning around the company’s culture and profitability amidst adversity.

Jaci Russo

With over 25 years of experience as a Brand Strategist, Jaci Russo, (P.C.M.), is the co-founder and CEO of brandRUSSO, a strategic branding agency based out of Lafayette, Louisiana, with national and international clients across multiple industries. Jaci is a published author and sought-after speaker on all things branding, helps businesses build successful brands through her affordable online learning platform, Brand State U, and founder of the University of Louisiana’s NIL management program called ULTRA. She also contributes to brandRUSSO’s Razor Branding blog and podcast to help companies grow and compete in today’s ever-changing marketplace.
Jaci is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program, the proud mother of four, and an alumna of the University of Louisiana – dedicating much of her free time to helping civic organizations and nonprofits.

Jackie proudly serves on the McDonald’s W.O.N. (Woman Operators Network), the NBMOA (National Black McDonald’s Operators Network), and on the Ronald McDonald House of South Louisiana Board of Directors. Jackie’s organization currently employs 500+ people and places a tremendous focus on people development, employee engagement, training, and development.

Corey holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from UL Lafayette and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix.
William Large

Over the last 20 years, William Large has developed skills in a wide variety of legal disciplines. He has worked for several different states on oil & gas and energy matters and litigation. Mr. Large’s litigation experience, in state and federal courts throughout the country, includes diverse matters such as antitrust, energy transportation regulation, environmental pollution, securities and intra-corporate disputes. Participation and leadership roles in class actions and multidistrict litigation have also constituted a major portion of Mr. Large’s experience. Additionally, Mr. Large has served as outside counsel handling all legal affairs for several companies. After graduating with a B.S. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a J.D. from Harvard Law School, Mr. Large served as a law clerk on the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals for the Hon. Andrew J. Kleinfeld.

Carissa has worked in some facet of sales, marketing, and project management for more than 20 years, She has worked closely with clients to understand their business’, services, processes, and their buyers’ journey. With a certification in Design Thinking from Stanford, Carissa has honed her skills in these areas, while leveraging her expertise as a Sales & Marketing Specialist at Comit Developers and bringing with her experience from her previous roles at Waitr. Carissa’s experience has helped has her developed a deep understanding of how to translate current marketing goals and business processes into effective websites while taking into account industry-standards for UI, UX, web accessibility, and more. Carissa has a genuine interest in helping small businesses increase sales by displaying what they offer in a pleasant and informative manner.
